Tsui H. Yee is a partner at Guerrero Yee LLP and has been practicing immigration law since 1999. After receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Tufts University in 1993, Ms. Yee went on to obtain her law degree from the U.C.L.A. School of Law in 1998. Ms. Yee is admitted to practice in the State of New York, the Second Circuit Court of Appeals, the Eastern District of New York, and the Southern District of New Year. Aside from being a member of AILA, Tsui is Co-Chair of the Immigration & Nationality Committee of the Asian American Bar Association of New York (AABANY) and Vice Chair of the Solo and Small Firm Practice Committee of the New York County Lawyers Association (NYCLA).
