Robert Ian Goodman, Esq. is Head of Commercial Immigration Law at Sharma & DeYoung LLP and is principal attorney of Goodman Immigration Law. Mr. Goodman's focus is in the areas of immigration law compliance, the USCIS petitioning process, and consular processing. In his general practice, Mr. Goodman represents the interests of established and new foreign enterprises and entrepreneurs. He represents a diversity of businesses operating in the high technology, insurance and financial sectors, serving some client companies in the capacity of general counsel while serving others in the capacity of immigration counsel.
