Attorney Mark Davies is our Managing Partner and founder.  Mark holds a JD from the University of Pennsylvania Law School — where he also has been granted a Fellowship. In addition, Mark earned an MBA from the Wharton School of Business and a law degree from a major university in the United Kingdom.  
Recognized by the White House for his service to the legal profession, Mark is the prior Chairman of the Board of  "Lawyers Without Borders" (a UN-affiliated NGO) and also chaired the In-House Counsel Section of a State Bar Association. He has taught other lawyers in Continuing Legal Education programs run by the Association of Corporate Counsel, the Law Society of England & Wales, and a variety of State Bar Associations.  Mark has been published on an international basis.
