J.”) specializes in corporate and professional immigration involving employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant petitions, labor certification, and family-based immigration. Mr. D’Arrigo has also developed an extensive practice in assisting agricultural and seasonal employers in obtaining a legal workforce through the H-2A and H-2B visa programs to meet seasonal employment needs.
