To meet the needs of our international client base, consultations are conducted in person as well as via email, phone and Skype.
Jane Orgel has a successful track record based upon 15 years of experience, complemented by superlative writing skills, meticulous attention and research, and unstinting dedication to her cases and clients. Her practice covers the full range of immigrant and non-immigrant visas, including Green Cards (Permanent Residence), naturalization and work visas for professionals, designers, architects, scientists, entrepreneurs, investors and corporations.
In the non-immigrant visa classifications, this office handles such visas as the H-1B Professional Visa; the L-1 Intracompany Transfer Visa; the E-2 Visa for Investors and Entrepreneurs; the E-3 Visa for Australian professionals; the O-1 Visa for those with Extraordinary Ability in their field, including performing artists, motion graphic designers and architects; the P-3 Visa for Culturally Unique performers; and the P-1 Visa for Entertainment Groups and Athletes.
