Nicholas J. Mundy is licensed to practice law in the State of New York, New Jersey and several United States Federal District Courts and the federal Immigration Courts since 1994. He is also admitted to practice as an attorney before the Supreme Court of the United States, as well as numerous Circuits of the United States Court of Appeals including the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 9th Circuits. Mr. Mundy is a graduate of Brooklyn Law School and the International and Comparative Law Program at Oxford University, England. Although Mr. Mundy practices law throughout the country, his primary office remains located in Brooklyn, New York where he was born and raised.

Throughout his career, Mr. Mundy has successfully litigated and/or negotiated countless civil and criminal matters in a wide array of practice areas in State and Federal Court for individuals and companies both small and large. He has devoted a substantial portion of career to dealing with the complicated issues presented by the complex and constantly changing immigration laws of the United States. He maintains high ethical standards and strives to provide unsurpassed legal representation to each and every client.

Mr. Mundy is a member of the New York State and American Bar Associations and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), the largest organized group of immigration attorneys in the United States. Mr. Mundy has also been a speaker and panelist at several legal conferences on immigration law, and has been quoted in newspapers such as the New York Times and the Washington Post.
